Service Description
End-to-end travel support. I research and book flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, reservations, and create travel packs. What's included: -Full itinerary planning (flights, hotels,transfers timings) -Research + comparison of best routes, airlines and accomodation -Booking support (Booking using your details, or I prepare everything for you to book) -Calendar Intergration (addinf travel, buffers, check-in times, meeting adjustments) -Travel pack with all confirmations, tickets and key information -Destination Logistics (Transport options, travel time, local logistics) -Luggage + Packing guidance -Pre- travel checklist -Handover notes What's not included: -Corporate travel policy management -Group travel or multi- team coordination -Visa applications (Happy to guide through the process but I cannot complete forms) -Travel Insurance Purchase -Loyalty programme management -Crisis management for missed flights or cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Payments All fixed‑price services are paid upfront at the time of booking. For travel coordination or bookings, all purchases are made using the client’s payment details. I do not store card information or make payments using my own card. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non‑refundable. Scope of Work Each service includes the tasks listed in the service description. Any additional work, complex systems, multi‑team setups, or requests outside the defined scope may require a custom quote. Communication I operate Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Messages will be responded to within one business day. Urgent or out‑of‑hours requests may not be accommodated. Booking & Delivery Fixed services can be booked directly. Retainer or custom support may require a short consultation before onboarding. Work begins once payment and any required intake information have been received.
